Emma Gray

Ms Gray is an experienced global business executive with over 20 years’ experience in operations, strategy and digital transformation, specifically in the retail, consumer and banking sectors. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director with BNZ in New Zealand, and Company Chair at Beamtree, an ASX listed company. She also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee at Sydney Dance Company.

Prior executive experience includes Group Executive, Data and Automation with ANZ, Group Executive Loyalty, Data and Strategy at Woolworths, and a Partner with Bain & Company, working across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Mrs Gray has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in International Marketing and Languages (French and German) from Dublin City University, Ireland.
