Dr Liz Fraser, MBBS MEd FRACGP
Dr Liz Fraser has worked as a GP in Canberra since 1999. She completed her GP fellowship in 2003. Her interests include low-carbohydrate, nutritional, and lifestyle medicine. Additionally, Dr Fraser has worked in the areas of Custodial Health and alcohol and drug dependence. The longer she practices medicine, the more certain she is that excellent health is not achieved with polypharmacy.
Dr Fraser helps to manage the Low Carb Canberra private Facebook group and public page. She has been in nutritional ketosis since 2018. Outside of clinical practice, Dr Fraser is active with gardening, walking her dingo, hiking, and propagating pollinator-friendly plants.

Presentations
As a low-carb advocate, Dr Fraser actively contributes to the low-carb community and has given presentations for Low Carb Down Under conferences, the Australasia Metabolic Health Society Low Carb Foundations course, and the occasional Low Carb Canberra conference.
