Dr Laureen Lawlor-Smith BMBS FRACGP
Dr Lawlor-Smith is a South Australian general practitioner. She has practised medicine since 1982 and brings decades of clinical experience to her work in metabolic health and lifestyle medicine.
Dr Lawlor‑Smith’s own health transformation through a low‑carbohydrate ketogenic approach led her to co‑found the Low Carb Keto Health Clinic, where she supports patients to improve metabolic outcomes and reverse chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes. She is a regular presenter at professional training events and contributes to education on carbohydrate‑reduced therapeutic nutrition for clinicians.
